We have a big friendly game on Wednsday night, Germany play against their Old rival England in front of more than 80,000 fans Dortmund`s Signal-Iduna-Park. This game also is the International farewell game for Germany `Koln Prince` Lukas Podolski, and both teams have their World Cup Qualification duty on coming Sunday, both will take big rotation and test youth players. This seem like a show more than a match. Also 5 of the recent 6 meetings between both teams finished by over, included England won 3:2 in Berlin one year ago.
Podolski played in Bundesliga teams Koln and Bayern Munich many years, also had 3 years times in EPL team Arsenal, has many friends in Germany and England, both teams will try to please the Mastership here, I can`t see the guests defenders going to fierce tackle against him.
Both teams have injuries problem, Germany without Jerome Boateng, Marco Reus and Mario Gotze, England also without Harry Kane, Wayne Rooney, Jordan Henderson and Theo Walcott, both will have new face debut, Germany have RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner, England coach Gareth Southgate even called up 3 inexperience boys Michael Keane (Burnley), Nathan Redmond and James Ward-Prowse (Southampton), both team will not too care about the results here in my eyes, we can see goals in this `good show`.
GL to all!
