Hoffenheim went 17 games without losing, before losing away at Leipzog 2-1 after having a man sent off. Still unbeaten at home, ofcourse, 4-5-0.
So what now for Hoffenheim? Will they crumble, of will they hit back? Mainz are no pushovers, but struggle away (2-1-6, 8-16). Drew at home vs Dortmund last week, in isolation a good result for them, but Mainz looks destined to be mid table this season.
Hoffenheim are fighting for Champions League spots, but they can not afford to draw so many matches as they have done (stats overall are 7-10-1), and I think they will get back to winning ways here.
Very impressed with their coach, young Nagelsmann. He surely got a big future in the game.
