I think it is always a good thing to take such an offer, when a leading team from Seria A in Brasil plays against Seria B team, it is Cup competition so home team will make changes, but there will be a difference in quality and I think that will decide this match.
First of all, Internacional are a good scoring team, average of 2,5 goals in the league 7 very strong overs in last 9 games they played in stronger competitions than the Cup and of course against stronger teams.
America on the other side are a low scoring team, about 2 goals per game, but are they able to contain Inter? Historically they were not very succesfull and I can not see any changes there.
For me a simple 3-1 win!
