S.Korea K League
Jeonbuk are the strongest S.Korean team, current back-to-back champions. Last year they've won the league with 26-8-4 record and have had 75:31 goal difference(20/38 over 2.5 games). Before this season successful coach Choi Kang-hee resigned and was replaced by Portuguese Jose Morais which resulted in some problems in early stages of the season. So far they are 6-3-2 with 19:8 goal difference in the league and after losing last week to Ulsan Hyundai they are only 2nd in the table. Still they are by far strongest S.Korean team with the best players, deep squad built to compete both in league and Asian Champions League(which they've won back in 2016). In ACl they've already qualified and won the group with 4-0-1 record so their last game next Tuesday is meaningless and they can fully concentrate on winning league game against Jeju, they should use their strongest team here.
Jeju are having a very bad season so far. They are second from the bottom with 1-4-6 record and 11;18 goal difference. They've just won their first game on 4th May and they still look to be in bad form. Jeju played difficult 120 minutes in Cup game against Sangju Sangmu and they suffered demoralising penalty shootout loss. Jeonbuk on the other hand were already eliminated from the cup and played no game during midweek. In April this teams already met and Jeonbuk won 1:0 away. Last season Jeonbuk won 3 of 4 games against Jeju(1:0, 1:0, 4:0, 0:0). Tired and in bad form Jeju should not stand a chance away against strong and rested Jeonbuk.
