Clinceni and Balotesti were among my favorites to back overs in their games earlier in the year. Lately, Clinceni haven't produced the same high scoring games but there have been a couple of matchups that didn't really favor goals. Today's matchup is excellent imo. There's no pressure of a result for both of them, both have good attacking power and rather poor defenses. Clinceni's coach has a quite young squad to work with since the winter and their goals per game avg. increased, normally set his team up for attacking football against the teams outside top3. Balotesti are for sure the team that improved most in 2018, their form has been great, they scored in all games but one (vs. Chindia Targoviste), conceded at the same time in every other game. Hence, my expectation to see a 3+ game, both are definitely capable to deliver goals, and I am pretty sure there won't be defensive tactics. I don't believe they'll be scared of each other. Home win is a good price as well, I am thinking at 2-1, 3-1, 3-2, 2-2 game.
